How About that Balcony?!

• As the Good Book says, "do undo others..." or as Elvis says, "don’t be cruel."  Don’t smoke, don’t play music, don’t hang or throw stuff over the railing.  

• Feel free to move the outdoor furniture around...you may find that you need to depending on the wind or sun or just how you're feeling that day.  But if you do move it, please put it back where you found it. 

• It’s possible you may find sand, dirt, pollen, etc. on the balcony, railings, outdoor furniture or screen doors. Our cleaning crew does the best they can, but literally all it takes is one windy afternoon to make it a mess. Life’s a beach!

We get some crazy storms down here so when it's like that B&W scene from the Wizard of Oz we have the outdoor furniture brought inside to prevent it from getting blown around and causing damage.  So if you arrive and find outdoor furniture in your bedroom, please go ahead and carefully move it outside, that is, assuming it's now the Technicolor part of the Wizard of Oz.
