Prior to your stay our property is inspected for damaged, broken or non-working items. Upon arrival please look around to see if there is anything the housekeeper might have missed. If there is, or if you have any difficulties with utilities, plumbing or appliances, please notify us immediately by text or e-mail. Unlike a hotel, we cannot provide 24-hour maintenance and housekeeping services. But we do have a maintenance staff and will make every effort to have any problems fixed as soon as possible. Some issues may be outside of our control, including but not limited to issues with HVAC, electricity, plumbing, elevator, pool, cable service, internet, appliances, entertainment equipment, etc. We do not offer rate adjustments, rebates or refunds for outages or if the service provider is unable to repair/restore a particular service during your stay.
