Pool Rules

1. Pool is for private use…owners and guests only.
2. Swimming in the pool is permitted between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.
3. In view of the fact that the pool is not guarded, persons using this facility do so at their own risk.
4. No solo swimming.
5. Diving is not permitted.
6. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
7. Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool.
8. Shower before entering pool.
9. Appropriate attire will conform to conventional swim suits.
10. At no time should glass be brought to the pool area. Plastic glasses and containers must be used.
11. The HOA Board believes that the playing of radios in the pool area can be annoying to others present.  No speakers allowed. Please use ear buds.
12. No running or pushing in pool area.
13. No unnecessary noise, boisterous or rough play.
14. No throwing balls or other objects around the pool.
15. Pneumatic floats or other items of a similar nature, except for swimming aids, are not permitted in the pool. No styrofoam floats allowed.
16. If suntan oil is used, make certain that a beach towel is used to cover the pool furniture.
17. Do not remove chairs or lounges from pool area.
18. If you intend to pursue activities elsewhere please do not "reserve" a chaise by leaving a towel or beach clothing draped over the chaise.
